Styrofoam Recycling

Styrofoam is an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, a rigid foam that is often found in packaging. Environmentally, it has detrimental impacts the Earth, including the inability to decompose, health effects, being harmful to our marine life and air pollutants while being manufactured. At no charge to the tenants, 560 Mission works with Green Citizen to recycle Styrofoam. Tenants place the foam on in the freight vestibule and janitorial removes it on a nightly basis.
